Bahan-Bahan:
10 biji pisang emas yang masak
2 gelas tepung gandum
1 cawan gula merah
2 senduk gula pasir
2 biji telur
1 biji kelapa parut
Secubit garam
Cara:
Pisang dilenyetkan hingga hancur, masukkan telur dan satu senduk kelapa parut manakala bakinya diperah ambil santan sebanyak satu mangkuk. Masukkan tepung ke dalam adunan tepung tadi dan kacau hingga sebati. Kukus di dalam loyang hingga masak. Satu mangkuk santan tadi dicampurkan dengan satu camca besar tepung dan sedikit garam. Tuang ke atas adunan pisang tadi dan kukuskan semula hingga masak.
