1 kg lala
1 cm halia
6 ulas bawang putih
6 labu bawang merah
6 biji cili merah
1 batang serai (dititik)
1 sudu besar minyak
1 sudu besar sos cili
1 sudu besar sos tomato
1 sudu teh gula
1 batang daun bawang
Garam secukup rasa
Cara:
Basuh lala di dalam air garam. Bilas dan toskan. Cincang bawang putih, hiris bawang merah, daun bawang dan halia. Tumbuk atau mesin cili merah. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali. Tumis bawang dan halia selama 2 minit. Masukkan lala dan serai. Kacau rata-rata. Masukkan sos tomato, sos cili, garam dan gula. Taburkan daun bawang apabila menghidang.
