Bahan-Bahan:
4 ekor ikan kembung sederhana besar
Daun kunyit, garam serta serbuk perasa
1 cm halia - dimesin
2 batang serai - diketuk
8 biji cili api
biji bawang besar
5 ulas bawang putih
serbuk kunyit
2 cawan air
Cara:
Bersihkan ikan dan gaul bersama daun kunyit hiris, halia, serai, cili api tumbuk, bawang besar, bawang putih, garam serta serbuk perasa. Susun ikan ke dalam kuali yang dialas daun kunyit. Kemudian masukkan serbuk kunyit dan air. Rasakan garamnya. Masak ikan hingga air kering atau hingga ikan masak. Angkat dan hidangkan.
