Bahan-Bahan:
1 ekor ayam (dipotong empat bahagian)
50 gm ketumbar
50 gm jintan putih
10 gm lada hitam
20 gm gula
5 gm garam
5 gm paprika
10 ulas bawang putih (dikisar)
Air mengikut kepekatan
Cara:
Gaulkan kesemua bahan dan lumurkan ke atas ayam.

Bungkus ayam di dalam plastik dan perap semalaman.

Untuk membakarnya, ketuhar convection di dalam suhu 180 darjah Celcius selama 40 hingga 45 minit.Terbalikkan ayam selama 20 minit.

Di dalam ketuhar convectional suhu 215 darjah Celcius selama 50 hingga 55 minit.Terbalikkan ayam selepas 30 minit.

Hidangkan bersama salad, hirisan timun serta tomato.
