Bahan-Bahan:
900 gm ketam
2 biji bawang besar (dibelah lapan)
5 sm kulit kayu manis
1 tin kacang peas
2 biji cili merah (dihiris)
150 gm cili kering ]
150 gm kacang goreng ] digiling
2.5 sm lengkuas ]
Garam secukupnya
Cara:
Gaulkan ketam dengan sedikit garam dan kunyit dan kemudian goreng hingga kering. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang besar serta kulit kayu manis. Masukkan bahan giling, cili merah, air asam dan garam, masak hingga mendidih. Masukkan kacang peas dan kacau rata-rata kemudian angkat dan tuangkan keatas ketam tadi.
