Bahan-Bahan:
kati labu air
1 senduk udang kering
1 sudu teh lada hitam
4 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
Air secukupnya
Garam dan serbuk perasa secukupnya
Cara:
Labu dibersihkan dan dipotong kecil-kecil. Lada hitam, bawang merah dan bawang putih ditumbuk hingga lumat setelah itu masukkan ke dlam periuk bersama udang kering dan air secukupnya. Biarkan mendidih. Bila telah mendidih masukkan labu dan tambahkan garam serta serbuk perasa secukupnya. Setelah labu masak bolehlah diangkat.
