Bahan-Bahan:
360 gm telur
120 gm gula halus
20 gm madu
20 gm ovellett
160 tepung 'superfine'
70 gm mentega, dicairkan
30 gm badam, dicincang
Cara:
Pukul telur, gula dan madu sehingga gebu. Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit dan pukul lagi. Masukkan ovellett, pukul hingga sebati.Kemudian tuangkan mentega cair. Pukul hingga sekata. Bakar pada suhu 180 darjah selama 30 hingga 40 minit. Setelah masak, angkat dan sejukkan. Hiaskan kek dengan krim mentega ikut suka.
